Just a question: Is it possible to develop a ASP.NET App with Webparts but
without using SharePoint?
If so can you give me some links to start from and some examples?

Yes, webpart is a component that you can use with ASP.Net pages like
sharepoint.

You can also do a webpart like this dispite the way is designed for SP
